Destiny Fortune Terms of Use

Acceptance
These Terms apply specifically to the Destiny Fortune mobile application published by Gorae Gaming. By using Destiny Fortune, you agree to these Terms and the Destiny Fortune Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Entertainment and reflection only
Destiny Fortune presents cultural fortune systems, reflective prompts, and games for entertainment and personal reflection. Results are not statements of fact and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, employment, travel, or safety advice. Do not delay professional advice or make a high-impact decision solely because of an app result.
Calculation conventions
Traditional systems contain multiple schools and conventions. Destiny Fortune documents the conventions used by its deterministic engines but does not claim that every practitioner, school, website, or app will produce identical results.
Your responsibility
- Enter birth details and timezone accurately.
- Understand that an unknown or approximate birth time may reduce specificity.
- Use compass information safely and never while driving or performing hazardous activity.
- Make decisions independently of the app output.
Availability
Local features are designed to work offline. Some operational features, support forms, public links, or future account services require internet access. Features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Destiny Fortune application, original interface, written interpretations, branding, and processed artwork are owned by or licensed to Gorae Gaming. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. You must not misuse the app, interfere with services, bypass security controls, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the app unlawfully.
Purchases
The initial build does not include subscriptions or in-app purchases. These Terms will be updated with applicable price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and platform-payment information before paid services are enabled.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Destiny Fortune is provided without a guarantee of any particular prediction, outcome, compatibility, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. Questions may be submitted through Destiny Fortune Support.
