1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Gajok Gaming mobile application (“Gajok Gaming” or “the App”), provided by Gorae Gaming (“we”, “our” or “us”).
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Gajok Gaming is a collection of puzzle, matching, maths, word and arcade games intended for personal entertainment.
The current version:
- Is free to use
- Does not require an account
- Does not contain advertising
- Does not offer virtual tokens or paid features
- Does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions
- Stores game progress locally on the device
- Is designed to work offline
Features, games and availability may change through future updates.
3. Local game progress
Game progress, scores and preferences are stored locally on the user’s device.
Gorae Gaming does not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronisation for the current version. Local progress may be permanently lost if the user clears the App’s data, resets or replaces the device, or uninstalls the App.
Users are responsible for maintaining their devices and any device-level backups they choose to use.
4. No accounts, payments or virtual currency
The current version does not create or use Gajok Gaming accounts.
It does not offer virtual currency, tokens, paid content, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any references to accounts, tokens or purchases associated with an earlier version do not apply to the current rebuilt version.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for an unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security
- Circumvent technical restrictions
- Introduce malicious software
- Misrepresent the App as your own product
- Redistribute or commercially exploit the App or its assets without permission
- Use the App in a way that infringes another person’s rights
Nothing in these Terms prevents activity that applicable law expressly permits.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its graphics, artwork, game presentation, text, code, branding and other content, is owned by or licensed to Gorae Gaming and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Third-party software and external links
The App may contain open-source software governed by its applicable licence terms. Open-source licence information is available within the App.
The App also links to external Gorae Gaming webpages. These pages open in the device’s browser and may be governed by separate website or service-provider terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
8. Availability and updates
We aim to provide a functional and enjoyable App, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may correct errors, adjust game balance, add or remove content, or release compatibility and security updates.
Users may need to install an updated version to continue receiving support or compatibility improvements.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will meet every user’s expectations
- All devices will provide identical performance
- Local game progress will never be lost
- The App will remain compatible with every future operating-system version
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gorae Gaming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes loss of local game progress, device incompatibility or interruption caused by device settings, operating-system changes or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Children and family use
Gajok Gaming is designed as a family-friendly game collection.
Children should use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether the App is suitable for a child and for supervising the child’s use of external support or policy webpages.
The current App does not contain purchases, advertising, chat or social posting.
12. Privacy
Use of the App is also subject to the Gajok Gaming Privacy Policy.
The current version does not require an account or transmit game progress to Gorae Gaming. Details concerning local storage, website support requests and earlier-version account data are explained in the Privacy Policy.
13. Ending use of the App
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may stop distributing or supporting the App or particular features, subject to applicable law. Because the current App does not use accounts, there is no current user account for us to suspend or terminate.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements or our business practices.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user’s place of residence.
